Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and at least three years of supervisory experience, with a strong focus on people leadership and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Three years related experience, including direct supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and developing associates.
• Evaluating hospital processes, progress and productivity.
• Educating clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care.
• Budgeting and planning for the hospital.
• Scheduling associates, coordinating time off and managing continuing education needs.
