Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day hospital operations and lead a team delivering high-quality veterinary care. You will partner with leadership to drive business results, develop associates, and ensure an engaging, client-focused environment.

Required: a bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline and at least three years of supervisory experience in healthcare or veterinary settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Three years related experience required (health care, veterinary profession, service industry, etc.), including direct supervisory experience (includes hiring, associate development, etc.).
• Experience in healthcare or veterinary field is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Educating associates on Banfield guidelines/practices.
• Budgeting and planning for the hospital.
• Supporting daily operations and staff.
• Scheduling associates, coordinating time off and managing continuing education needs.
