Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to lead day-to-day hospital operations and drive high-quality veterinary care. You will work with the chief of staff to optimize processes, coach associates and ensure a positive client and patient experience within a collaborative team.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline and at least three years of supervisory experience in healthcare or a service field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum three years’ related healthcare or service-industry supervisory experience.
• Experience leading teams and developing staff.
