Banfield Pet Hospital in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations and support the medical team in delivering the highest quality veterinary care. You’ll drive business results, develop associates, and foster an engaging team environment with a focus on client and patient experience.

In partnership with the chief of staff, you’ll budget and plan for the hospital, schedule staff, coordinate continuing education, and ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and developing associates, and evaluating hospital processes and productivity.
• Train associates on Banfield guidelines and educate clients about services.
• Budgeting and planning for the hospital; support daily operations and staff.
• Schedule associates, coordinate time off and manage continuing education needs.
