Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience in veterinary, healthcare, or customer service.
• Veterinary technician experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with practice management software and basic financial reporting.
• Ability to multitask and lead with empathy, accountability, and confidence.
