Palo Verde Animal Hospital in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead daily operations, support our clinical team, and foster a positive, high-performing culture. This is a hands-on leadership role with the expectation to provide on-the-floor support as needed.

You will oversee staffing, scheduling, inventory, and workflow efficiency, mentor veterinary professionals, collaborate with medical leadership, and drive financial performance and KPIs to maintain exceptional care

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience in veterinary, healthcare, or customer service.
• Veterinary technician experience preferred.
