Job summary

Southern Paws Animal Medical Center seeks a courteous and efficient Veterinary Practice Manager to coordinate and manage all office administration procedures. You will oversee ordering, inventory, scheduling, staff training, and policy communications to ensure a smooth, high-quality client experience.

Successful candidates will be patient, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking, with strong leadership and communication skills to support veterinarians and staff in a busy hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced or certified veterinary practice manager with 1+ year leadership preferred or 3+ years veterinary experience.
• Knowledgeable in veterinary medicine terminology and hospital operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all office administration procedures.
• Order inventory, manage schedules, and resolve staff conflicts.
• Train staff and answer client questions about policies, availability and costs.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise office team to ensure smooth operation.
• Maintain patient records, schedules, and effective staff communication.
