Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations and drive business results while fostering an engaging team environment. You’ll work with the medical team to ensure exceptional patient and client experiences and collaborate with field leadership, corporate teams, and PetSmart associates as applicable.

The role emphasizes leadership, organizational, and communication strengths, with opportunities for professional growth and access to education

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred.
• Three years related experience required, including direct supervisory experience.
• Duties include interviewing, hiring and developing associates, and evaluating hospital processes and productivity.

Mansioni

• Educate associates on Banfield guidelines and practices.
• Budget and plan for the hospital’s operations.
• Support daily operations and staff scheduling.
• Schedule associates, coordinate time off and manage continuing education needs.
