Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline preferred.
• Three years related experience required (health care, veterinary profession, service industry, etc.).
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire and develop associates, evaluating hospital processes and productivity.
• Educate clients about Banfield guidelines, preventive care and Optimum Wellness Plans.
• Budgeting and planning for the hospital and managing daily operations.
• Schedule associates, coordinate time off and oversee continuing education needs.
