Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to partner with the chief of staff in overseeing day-to-day hospital operations. You will drive business results, develop associates, and foster a positive team environment while ensuring patients and clients have a superior experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with field leadership, corporate HQ, and PetSmart associates where applicable.

Competenze

• Three years related experience required, including direct supervision (hiring, associate development).
• Experience in healthcare, veterinary field, or service industry is preferred.

Mansioni

• Interview, hire and develop associates; evaluate hospital processes, progress and productivity.
• Train associates on educating clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care.
• Educate staff on Banfield guidelines and practices; budget and plan for the hospital.
• Support daily operations and staff; schedule associates and coordinate time off.
