Thrive Pet Healthcare’s Bayview Animal Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to lead daily operations, manage staff, and optimize client service.

The PM will oversee budgeting, inventory, hospital software, and KPI analysis while fostering a positive culture and high standards of care for patients and clients. Salary is negotiable based on credentials and location.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in veterinary practice management and a CVPM or equivalent degree.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hospital management or supervisory experience in veterinary medicine.
• Bachelor's degree in business and/or equivalent business experience.
• CVPM encouraged to apply.
• Experience managing an ER veterinary healthcare.
• Sound personal judgment in decision-making.
• Capable of leading, managing, and coaching staff.
• Competent in budgeting and financial reporting (P&L).
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Solid math and Excel/spreadsheet skills.
• Ability to lift objects weighing 40 pounds.
