Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred.
• Three years of supervisory experience required.
• Three years or more of managing a veterinary practice required.
• Demonstrated empathy towards clients and animals.
• Familiarity with inventory management and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Ability to prioritize, manage time, and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the veterinary hospital, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory and maintain stock levels of medical supplies and pharmaceuticals.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director to optimize patient care and workflow.
• Hire, train, and mentor staff, promoting teamwork and accountability.
• Provide support and guidance to team members and lead by example.
• Motivate staff and maintain morale.
• Use client and staff feedback to drive improvements and changes.
• Maintain records on hospital operations, finances, and inventory.
