Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to lead hospital operations and drive high-quality veterinary care. The role partners with the chief of staff to manage day-to-day activities, develop associates and foster a positive team environment while working with stakeholders including corporate leadership and PetSmart associates when applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred or equivalent.
• Three years related supervisory experience in health care, veterinary profession, or service industry.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knack for problem solving, conflict management experience, leadership and analytical know‑how.
