Banfield Pet Hospital seeks a Practice Manager to partner with the chief of staff and oversee day-to-day operations, enabling the medical team to focus on delivering high‑quality veterinary care. You will lead, develop associates, and foster an engaging, client‑oriented hospital environment.

The role includes budgeting, planning, scheduling, staff development, and educating clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care, and hospital services.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Three years of related experience with direct supervisory duties.
• Experience in healthcare or veterinary settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire and develop associates; evaluate hospital processes and productivity.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care and hospital services.
• Educate associates on Banfield guidelines and practices.
• Budgeting and planning for the hospital.
• Support daily operations and staff; schedule and approve time off.
• Coordinate continuing education and associate development.
