Community Veterinary Partners seeks an experienced Practice Manager for Animal Care Center of Blue Ash. You will lead financial and operational activities, coordinate with CVP, and deliver high-quality client and patient care.

Qualifications

• 4+ years Hospital management experience, emergency/specialty preferred.
• College degree preferred.
• Certification in Veterinary Practice Management preferred.

Responsabilités

• Administrate HR functions: recruitment, training, scheduling, evaluations, counseling, terminations.
• Manage annual performance evaluations for supervised staff.
• Implement Employee Safety and Disaster Plan procedures and manuals.
