Qualifications

• 3+ years of hospital management or supervisory experience in veterinary medicine.
• Bachelor's degree in business and/or equivalent business experience.
• CVPM encouraged to apply.
• Sound personal judgment in decision-making.

Responsibilities

• The Practice Manager oversees the hospital's business activities, including hiring and training staff; budgeting with leadership and finance; monitoring key performance indicators; setting fees; maintaining inventory and an inventory control system; managing hospital software; and implementing safety procedures.
• Creates and maintains a positive culture aligned with the hospital's plan; demonstrates sound judgment and time management; develops practical programs.
