Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in a veterinary hospital or similar setting.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of veterinary workflows, patient care, and hospital operations.
  • Comfort with veterinary software and computer systems.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm in a busy environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Serve as a professional, compassionate point of contact for client questions and concerns.
  • Monitor inventory and ensure timely ordering of supplies and medications.
  • Maintain accurate medical and operational records.
  • Ensure compliance with all veterinary laws, regulations, and industry standards.
