Lead and oversee day-to-day hospital operations to ensure efficiency and excellence
Manage, mentor, and support a team of veterinary professionals and support staff
Develop and implement policies that promote high-quality patient care and client satisfaction
Coordinate scheduling for appointments, surgeries, and procedures alongside veterinarians
Serve as a professional, compassionate point of contact for client questions and concerns
Monitor inventory and ensure timely ordering of supplies and medications
Maintain accurate medical and operational records
Ensure compliance with all veterinary laws, regulations, and industry standards
At least 1 year of experience in a veterinary hospital or similar setting
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of veterinary workflows, patient care, and hospital operations
Comfort with veterinary software and computer systems
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm in a busy environment
