Lakeland Animal Clinic in Lakeland, Florida is seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to elevate our systems, processes, and people, delivering a best-in-class client and patient experience.

This full-time, exempt role requires at least 3 years of veterinary management experience; CVPM or RVT certifications are preferred. You will oversee operational management, HR, team leadership, and scheduling to enhance client care and clinic efficiency.

We're hiring a veterinary practice manager to elevate, grow and lead the team at Lakeland Animal Clinic in Lakeland, Florida. This position is responsible for leveling up our systems, processes, and people to provide a best-in-class client and pet experience.

Schedule:

• M-F
• Weekends as needed, Once every four Saturdays when clinic is open

Requirements

Veterinary Practice Manager:

Certified Veterinary Practice Managers, Certified Veterinary Technicians and/or 3 years of previous veterinary experience are strongly preferred for this position. However, we appreciate that skilled leaders in other industries also bring valuable skills and those with a minimum of 3 years of previous management experience are welcome to apply.

Experience:

• Veterinary experience: 3 years (Preferred)
• Management: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Veterinary Technician Certification (Preferred)
• Veterinary Practice Manager Certification (Preferred)
