Job summary

Destination Pet LLC is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee operations at Dugan's Veterinary Hospital. You will lead the clinic team, manage budgets, and ensure top-tier client service while coordinating with support staff.

The role requires strong people leadership, veterinary experience, and a proven track record in P&L management; the compensation includes a salary plus quarterly bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in full P&L management in hospitality or retail.
• Veterinary experience is required.
• Strong people management and leadership.
• Excellent communication and problem solving.
• Ability to multi-task and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinic team and hire/train staff.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve complaints.
• Manage staffing schedules within budget.
• Oversee payroll and payments to vendors.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA/EEOC/ADA standards.
• Handle inventory and purchasing.
• Deliver annual performance reviews.
• Coordinate local marketing and community events.
