• Five+ years in full P&L management responsibility, preferably in hospitality, service or retail.
• Proven leadership and team motivation skills.
• Strong problem solving, sound judgment, and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily clinic operations and budget.
• Manages staff hiring, training, and performance.
