Qualifications

• Five+ years in full P&L management responsibility in hospitality, service or retail.
• Proven leadership, people management and performance improvement.
• Experience with inventory control and accounts payable processes.
• Excellent communication and professional interaction with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and staff scheduling.
• Hire, train, motivate, promote, counsel and, when needed, terminate staff.
• Manage budget, payroll, and cash handling; ensure deposits are timely.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve complaints.
• Collaborate with Destination Pet support teams (HR, Marketing, Facilities, etc.).
• Maintain inventory levels and relationships with suppliers.
• Monitor safety, compliance with labor laws, and performance reviews.
