You will partner with Medical Director and regional leadership to guide the hospital toward growth, staying people-first and hands-on when needed.

The role emphasizes leading from the front, with responsibilities across finances, operations, client experience, and staff development in a multi-service setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership, business management, or operations management experience.
• Experience in veterinary hospital management or healthcare management is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and oversee hospital performance.
• Oversee budgeting, payroll, and financial operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, DEA, VMB) and equipment/inventory management.
• Develop strategic goals, services expansion, and partnerships with referral networks.
• Manage hiring, staffing, scheduling, and staff development.
• Support front desk and clinical teams when needed to lead from the front.
