Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership, business management, or operations management experience.
• Veterinary hospital management experience preferred; healthcare management also considered.
• Experience managing budgets, staffing, scheduling, and day-to-day operations.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Comfort stepping into client-facing or clinical support roles when needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor hospital performance, manage budgets, oversee payroll and financial operations.
• Ensure efficient workflow, regulatory compliance, and inventory management.
• Collaborate on long-term goals, service expansion, and partnerships.
• Lead day-to-day operations, scheduling, and facility maintenance.
• Oversee marketing, client concerns, and client experience.
• Manage department leads, hiring, development, and staffing.
• Step in at front desk or clinical floor when operationally required.
