Job summary

American Veterinary Group seeks a dynamic Veterinary Practice Manager for West Boca Veterinary Center to lead the hospital team and coordinate daily operations. This full-time role reports to the Regional Director of Operations and focuses on delivering exceptional client service and clinical support.

You will liaison with corporate support functions including marketing, payroll, IT, recruiting and finance while maintaining a strong on-site presence to support patient care and staff

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
Veterinary practice management experience preferred or strong experience in other service industries.
Positive, can-do attitude with strong people skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Lead hospital team and ensure excellent client service.
Oversee day-to-day hospital operations and collaborate with corporate support functions (marketing, payroll, IT, recruiting, finance).
Manage hospital P&L, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and inventory.
Ensure on-site presence as an essential function to support patient care and safety.
