Reporting to the Regional Director of Operations, you will oversee staffing, finances, marketing support, and compliance. This full-time role emphasizes on-site presence to support patient care and team coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
• Veterinary practice management experience preferred.
• Strong people skills and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital team and provide excellent customer service.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and liaise with corporate support.
• Manage P&L, A/R, A/P, payroll, and inventory.
• Resolve client issues and oversee follow-up communications.
