Stonecrest Animal Hospital in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an Associate Hospital Manager to join the hospital leadership team. You will help drive operational excellence, engage the team, and ensure high-quality patient care, working on-site with the Hospital Manager and Managing Veterinarian.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling, budgeting, and customer-service skills, with a focus on creating a positive workplace culture and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in veterinary, healthcare, retail, hospitality, or other customer-service environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with scheduling, labor management, budgeting, and day-to-day operations.
• Proven ability to coach teams, build relationships, and deliver exceptional customer service.
