Job summary

AmeriVet Veterinary Partners seeks a Veterinary Practice Manager for Animal Medical Clinic of Spring Hill to lead daily operations, optimize staff performance, and manage the financial health of the clinic. You will oversee client relations, marketing activities, and regulatory compliance while fostering a collaborative, growth‑oriented team environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in management within healthcare or veterinary settings, with preference for CVPM or related credentials.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a managerial role, preferably veterinary or healthcare.
• CVPM, CVBL and/or a healthcare administration degree preferred but not required.
• Experience with P&L management and financial analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead all practice staff including technicians, receptionists, and support staff.
• Oversee budgeting, billing and expense management and monitor financial reports.
• Build strong client relations through exceptional service and issue resolution.
• Ensure smooth daily operations: inventory, scheduling, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
• Execute marketing strategies and community outreach to attract and retain clients.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and labor laws; manage records and confidentiality.
• Train staff on technology and coordinate with IT support for needs.
