Qualifications

• 3–5 years of managerial experience in healthcare or veterinary settings.
• CVPM, CVBL or a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration preferred but not required.
• Experience in P&L management and financial analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead all practice staff including veterinary technicians, receptionists, and support staff.
• Oversee budgeting, billing, and expense management; monitor cash flow.
• Drive client relations with exceptional service and feedback handling.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, office supplies, and equipment maintenance.
• Execute marketing strategies and community outreach.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and workplace safety.
