Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or the equivalent
- Three years related experience required (health care, veterinary profession, service industry, etc.), including direct supervisory experience
Responsibilities
- Interviewing, hiring and developing associates, to evaluating hospital processes, progress and productivity
- Train associates on educating clients about Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care, pet health needs and hospital services
- Educate associates on Banfield guidelines/practices; Budgeting and planning for the hospital; Support daily operations and staff; Schedule associates and coordinate time off
