Boxford Animal Hospital is seeking a Practice Manager to lead daily operations, balance profitability, and support a high standard of patient care and client service.

You will oversee finance, HR, vendor relations, and IT systems, while partnering with the MDVM to ensure smooth clinic performance and a positive workplace culture. This full-time role requires strong leadership and collaboration in a busy veterinary setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree in applied science, veterinary technology, or business is a plus.
• Practice Manager Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages practice financial performance and drives revenue growth.
• Manages expenses including pharmacy, supplies, labor, and facilities.
• Ensures inventory management and pricing accuracy in collaboration with the MDVM.
• Oversees payroll and accounts payable, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Partners with MDVM to maintain compliant medical records system.
