Qualifications

• Three years related experience required, including direct supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred.
• Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire and develop associates, and evaluate hospital processes and productivity.
• Train associates on Banfield guidelines and educate clients about wellness plans and hospital services.
• Budget planning for the hospital and coordinate daily operations and staff scheduling.
• Lead and support the care team to ensure high-quality veterinary care and positive client experiences.
