BluePearl Pet Hospital - Veterinary Patient Care Coordinator

BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinary Patient Care Coordinator to join our state-of-the-art emergency and specialty hospital.

Responsibilities include:

1. Monitoring waiting/exam room clients and assisting with refreshments and marketing materials.
2. Maintaining open communication with the medical team to optimize patient flow and minimize wait times.
3. Coordinating patient flow between multiple specialties and managing hospital census.
4. Facilitating discharge appointments and patient discharges in coordination with the technical team.
5. Managing patient discharge/visit boards and exam rooms to ensure timely and comfortable visits.
6. Checking ER doctor message bins and triaging messages for doctors.
7. Handling patient care telephone calls from the public and following up with ER clients.

Qualifications: Passion for pet care, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, team player, excellent communication skills.

Pay: $22.00 - $31.00/hour, dependent on experience and advancement.

Evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required across both locations.
