You will drive business results, manage the P&L, oversee scheduling and billing, ensure OSHA and DEA compliance, and cultivate a culture of high‑quality medical practice and excellent client experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a veterinary hospital or similar clinical team.
• Proven track record in P&L management and budgeting.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with OSHA/DEA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and onboard high-quality teammates.
• Manage P&L, labor costs, and inventory.
• Ensure OSHA guidelines, DEA compliance, and local laws.
• Support DVM team with scheduling and workflow.
• Improve client experience through leadership and communication.
