Job summary

Mission Pet Health is seeking a Hospital Manager in Fort Collins, CO, to lead a collaborative veterinary team at a locally owned practice. You will drive patient care excellence, manage budgets and staffing, and guide onboarding and development for teammates across hospital roles.

You will champion client service, uphold our WAG values, and contribute to a supportive, growth-focused culture within a nationwide veterinary network.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or management experience in a veterinary, medical, customer service, retail, or other fast-paced service environment.
• A strong track record of leading teams, creating accountability, and building a positive, high-performing culture.
• Experience implementing processes, improving workflows, and bringing structure and consistency to a busy operation.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, financial performance, labor, inventory, or other operational metrics.
• Experience recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, and developing team members.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• A proactive, hands-on leadership style with the ability to take initiative and remain effective when priorities shift.
• Veterinary experience is preferred, but not required; welcome leaders from human healthcare or customer-focused industries.
