Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and three years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Senior leadership and supervision experience in a clinical or hospital environment is preferred.
• Strong operations management knowledge and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Small Animal Hospital assistants, facilities, infrastructure and grounds.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities.
• Manage facilities-related projects and regulatory compliance, safety and infection control initiatives.
• Support purchasing, invoice approvals, budget tracking, financial reporting and expenditures recommendations.
