Job summary

Mission Veterinary Emergency Services (MVES) in Mission, KS is seeking a Veterinary Nursing Manager. This 70% administrative/leadership and 30% clinical role oversees nursing supervisors, supports development of the nursing team, and improves clinical standards and workflows.

The Nursing Manager partners with the Hospital Director and Medical Director to enhance patient safety, care quality, and team culture, while overseeing scheduling, onboarding, and performance conversations.

Qualifications

• Strong veterinary nursing/technician background.
• Experience leading or supervising clinical teams.
• Ability to hire, onboard, train and manage performance.
