Responsibilities

• Oversee Laboratory Technicians across clinical departments.
• Organize staff schedules, coordinate workflow, and monitor costs and metrics.
• Run lab tests on blood, urine, fecal, and biopsy samples per SOPs and release results.
• Troubleshoot diagnostic analyzers and workflow issues daily.
