Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Laboratory Technicians and grow their skills.
• Cultivate a positive, high-performing culture based on trust and accountability.
• Manage lab operations: staffing, scheduling, workflow, inventory, and metrics.
• Resolve workflow bottlenecks and turnaround-time challenges; adapt to changing conditions.
• Spend about 40% on the bench supporting workflow on the lab floor.
• Encourage exploration of clinical departments via the Careers page.
