IndyVet Emergency and Specialty Hospital in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Internal Medicine Technician who is a Registered Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant with an AVMA-accredited program and at least 2 years’ experience, preferably in emergencies. This full-time role has 10-hour shifts, some weekends, and an on-call rotation.

Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $25.00 per hour based on experience, with benefits including CE allowances, uniform allowance, PTO, holidays,

Our team collaborates to provide aid and comfort to pets and their families when unforeseen medical conditions arise. Our facility boasts CT, a blood banking program, an in-house laboratory, digital radiology, Ezyvet, and VetRadar.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this role has completed an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technology program and has a minimum of 2 years of tech experience, preferably working in an emergency hospital setting. This person has a very established skillset and navigates all communication, including conflict, professionally and courteously. This is an invaluable position to serve the staff using creative problem-solving, upholding our gold standard of patient care, and continuing to foster a culture of teamwork.

Anticipated Schedule:

This is a full-time position.

10 - Hour Shifts

Some weekends are required.

On-call rotation required.

Compensation: $19.00 to $25.00 base pay depending on experience level and credential
