Wedgewood Pharmacy seeks a Director of Sales for its Inside Sales team to drive revenue growth and deepen veterinary customer relationships. You will coach reps, develop strategies, and coordinate with Marketing, Procurement, and Pharmacy Operations to deliver technology-enabled solutions.
You will lead with strategic foresight, coach for performance, and use Salesforce to maintain pipeline visibility and customer records.

- Proven experience leading a multi-person inside sales team.
- Track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.
- Comfort using Salesforce to manage activity, opportunities, and performance.
