You will manage day-to-day operations, staff hiring and training, and oversee financials, inventory, and facilities to ensure uninterrupted patient care.

The ideal candidate understands the veterinary industry, works well in a team, is adaptable, and can implement efficient workflows while maintaining a welcoming, client-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Customer service mindset and strong organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional and people-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Managing the financial reporting and banking processes for the practice.
• Overseeing inventory management and process flow.
• Managing patient medical records with high accuracy.
• Hiring and training staff; providing ongoing coaching.
• Scheduling for staff and doctors; ensuring coverage.
• Promoting a patient-centered environment and resolving client issues.
• Participating in community fundraising and events.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
