Job summary

Pet Services of Washington, P.S. in Mill Valley, CA is seeking an experienced Hospital Manager to oversee daily operations of the hospital, mentor staff, and drive client service excellence.

You will partner with the Medical Director and Field Leadership to align goals, improve efficiency, and maintain a compassionate workplace. Responsibilities include leading veterinary, technical, and client service teams, managing finances and KPIs, and ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing teams and overseeing business operations.
• Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Familiar with marketing, client engagement, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the veterinary, technical, and client service teams in achieving hospital goals.
• Foster a strong hospital culture focused on quality care and client satisfaction.
• Partner with the Medical Director to develop and implement operational goals and hospital policies.
• Manage hiring, performance reviews, and team development, with support from Regional leadership.
• Monitor hospital finances, budgeting, and KPIs to ensure long-term success.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Help maintain a positive and engaging work environment for all team members.
