Companion Pet in California is seeking a Hospital Manager to lead a dedicated veterinary team and oversee daily hospital operations, ensuring exceptional animal care and client service. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience; equivalent combination may be considered.
- Previous veterinary practice or healthcare management experience highly desirable.
- CVPM designation is a plus.
- Experience with veterinary practice management software (Avimark/Cornerstone) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a cohesive, motivated team and maintain a positive hospital culture.
- Oversee daily hospital operations, optimize workflows, and manage staff schedules.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and reporting to drive growth.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and maintain accurate records.
- Recruit, train, and mentor support staff and foster collaboration.
- Enhance the client experience by delivering exceptional service and compassionate care.
