Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years leadership experience; 2–3 years in veterinary practice preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coach staff.
• Experience with P&L management and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital paraprofessionals to drive operational excellence and patient care.
• Coordinate scheduling, inventory, invoicing, and client communications.
• Review monthly P&L with Area Operations Manager to meet financial targets.
• Collaborate with Petco store teams to ensure seamless client and patient experiences.
• Maintain OSHA standards and hospital cleanliness; ensure accurate client/patient records.
