Carevet is seeking a Hospital Manager to lead daily operations, develop the team, and ensure seamless client care at our veterinary hospital. You will oversee staff, finances, and processes to support uninterrupted patient care and service excellence.

The ideal candidate combines veterinary industry understanding with strong leadership, independence, and adaptability. This role emphasizes a welcoming, customer-focused culture and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or related field.
• Certified Veterinary Practice Manager is desirable but not required.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• People skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting: accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgeting, and banking.
• Oversee inventory management and procurement processes.
• Maintain patient medical records with accuracy.
• Lead hiring and training of staff.
• Schedule staff and doctors; coordinate coverage.
• Foster a patient-centered, welcoming environment.
• Address and resolve client concerns.
• Participate in fundraising and community events.
• Meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 pounds.
