Job summary

National Veterinary Associates (NVA) is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Manager for our Falcon, CO location. You will lead operations, drive revenue, and ensure exceptional patient care and client service.

Regular on-site attendance is required as you shepherd a growing hospital toward its strategic goals. You will oversee staff, scheduling, costs, and compliance, while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of managerial experience, including customer service.
• Experience in hospital, retail, or service-based setting with increasing responsibility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L and drive hospital performance with a focus on profitability.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to forecast needs and trends.
• Manage accounts receivable and control costs.
• Oversee inventory, payroll, and labor scheduling.
• Champion best practices and lead process improvements.
• Ensure top-notch client service and staff development.
• Maintain licenses for all DVMs and handle difficult conversations.
