You will work closely with the Managing Veterinarian to run the hospital efficiently, drive revenue, and deliver top-tier patient care and client service in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

This role requires regular on-site presence and a track record of operational excellence in healthcare or service sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role, including customer service experience.
• Experience in a hospital, retail, or service-based industry setting with increasing responsibility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the hospital's P&L and drive performance.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to forecast needs and identify trends.
• Manage accounts receivable and control costs.
• Oversee inventory and staff payroll.
• Develop scheduling and manage labor costs.
• Promote best practices and lead process improvements.
• Improve client service, operations, and administrative workflows.
• Implement new technologies to boost efficiency.
