Job summary

Animal Hospital of Falcon is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Manager to lead our growing team. You will work closely with the Managing Veterinarian to drive revenue, control costs, and ensure outstanding patient care and client service in a collaborative, compassionate environment.

This on-site leadership role requires 3–5 years of managerial experience in a hospital, retail, or service setting, with a preferred bachelor's degree in business or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of managerial experience including customer service.
• Experience in hospital, retail or service-based industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete ownership of P&L, accountable for the hospital's performance.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to identify trends and forecast needs.
• Manage accounts receivable and oversee hospital inventory and costs.
• Manage payroll and develop the hospital schedule to control labor costs.
• Lead the hospital team to improve processes and workflows across client service, operations, and admin tasks.
• Implement new technologies and initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Track and maintain licensures for all DVMs.
