Job summary

Animal Medical Clinic of Wheaton is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Manager to lead our team and drive the hospital’s growth. This role focuses on top-tier patient care, exceptional client service, and profitability through strong operational leadership on-site in Wheaton, IL.

The successful candidate will manage P&L, payroll, scheduling, and cost control, while fostering a collaborative team culture and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of managerial experience, including customer service.
• Experience in a hospital, retail, or service-based industry with increasing responsibility is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L and hospital performance.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to identify trends and forecast needs.
