Hanover Park Animal Care Center is seeking a Veterinary Hospital Manager to lead our growing team. You will drive hospital performance, profitability, and a culture of excellence in patient care and client service. Regular on-site presence is required to manage operations and mentor staff.

The role emphasizes ownership of P&L, cost control, and strategic planning in collaboration with the Managing Veterinarian, delivering high-quality care while optimizing the hospital's day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in veterinary management preferred.
• 3-5 years in a managerial role with customer service experience.
• Experience in hospital/retail/service environments a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L and hospital performance.
• Forecast trends and hospital needs with regional leadership.
• Manage accounts receivable and payroll.
• Oversee inventory, costs, and labor scheduling.
• Drive process improvements and best practices across the team.
• Lead client service initiatives and ensure top-tier care.
• Maintain licensure for DVMs and ensure compliance.
• Foster a collaborative, on-site work culture.
